Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. Custom orders may take longer, and you’ll be notified of extended times, if applicable.

Shipping Policy
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Motivate Me Merch is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have started, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
